Instructions for Printing

Using Adobe Acrobat Reader (8 or above)

Full-page (8.5 x 11") two-sided
1. Open the document in Adobe Reader
2. PRINT SIDE ONE:
   File --> Print
   Print Range "All"
   Subset --> "Odd pages only"
   Page Handling --> Page Scaling "None"
   OK
   Flip and reload pages
3. PRINT SIDE TWO:
   File --> Print
   Print Range "All"
   Subset --> "Even pages only"
   Page Handling --> Page Scaling "Fit to Printable Area "
   OK

Booklet (5.5" X 8.5")
1. Open the document
2. PRINT SIDE ONE:
   File --> Print
   Print Range "All"
   Page Handling --> Page Scaling "Booklet" | Subset --> "Odd pages only"
   OK
   Flip and reload pages
3. PRINT SIDE TWO:
   File --> Print
   Print Range "All"
   Page Handling --> Page Scaling "Booklet" | Subset --> "Even pages only"
   OK

Using Fine Print [Settings: Leave Room for Gutters 0.375 in]

Full page (8.5 x 11") two-sided
1. Print from Adobe Reader to Fine Print printer - File --> Print
   Preview --> Layout --> 1 up
   Stationary: --> None
   Form: --> None
   Margins: --> Meduim
   Leave Room for Gutters YES
   "Double-sided" YES
2. PRINT (side one)
3. Reload
4. PRINT (side two)
